Lead a close-knit team of dynamic salespeople at a leading Melbourne independent brewery based in Collingwood.

We are looking for an exciting leader to replace our beloved Sales Manager who is moving on to new opportunities abroad. This role will take the lead in maintaining and building on our existing customer base in Melbourne and sharing our love of great beer with its communities. You will have the opportunity to represent our evolving beer portfolio across our diverse market, with strong support from the sales and marketing teams.


  • Identify opportunities to expand business in Melbourne and Victoria.
  • Develop sales plans for kegs and packaged products to achieve stated goals.
  • Negotiate sales agreements tailored to customer needs and business objectives.
  • Manage, nurture and grow existing and new relationships with key accounts, both on and off-site.
  • Submit reports on time and actively lead team meetings.
  • Be business savvy and understand how to achieve and manage budgets and expenses.
  • Work with the marketing department on products, pricing and promotional plans.
  • Develop, encourage, nurture and support the sales team to achieve objectives, and provide guidance in trading environments.

  • Proactive and empathetic in approaching your customers, quickly establishing real connections and maintaining relationships of trust.
  • Proven by your sales experience in a similar role and the hunger to make this position your own.
  • You love ‘all things Melbourne’ and have an existing network within Victoria.
  • A well-organized self-starter with effective proven time management skills.
  • A love and passion for craft beer and the Victorian craft drinks industry.
  • You love getting out into the community and spreading the good word about our values ​​and products to anyone who will listen.
